Selecting Ur lens,
Here is where the real expense starts for u, my suggestion is not to go with the budget, because buying lens within ur budget is not really going to fit ur purpose so don’t do it. Here is what I did with my budget and my experience lead by it.
I bought a 74-300 lens without IS (Image Stabilizer) in canon, when u go with Nikon it is VR (Vibration Reduction) and it changes b/w brands.

What is Image Stabilizer?
In simple terms it reduces the shake and vibrations in camera when we snap shots, it is not related to the object that is focused.
What happened to me bcos of IS Absence?
When I focus objects with full turn of 300mm the object is not clear, the video quality is affected by shake in full focus.
So, its my advice to go for a lens with ‘IS’ when it comes to Tele type….
